Also on February 23 we were able to go to the Chicago History Museum’s Chicago: Crossroads of America exhibit! We were divided into groups and assigned the task of observing certain pieces of the exhibition that were as close to food as it got. We then had to determine what were the positives and negatives of the exhibit which were were then to present to the group to get a discussion going. Everyone’s thoughts and opinions were brilliant and insightful. I truly believe that we have a wonderful group of people to help get the Chicago Food Museum on its feet. Great work everyone!
